Is your PC Running Slow? Did you get caught out by a telephone scammer who had access to your PC? Are you just wanting to make sure everything is up to date and secure? Whatever the reason we can provide a professional service to you.

We can install, update troubleshoot most software that runs on a Windows Computer. We can also troubleshoot Windows issues, Upgrade Windows, apply updates etc.

We can also provide remote support, this is where you would download and run a bit of software that allows us to take control your PC/Laptop. We can then troubleshoot any issues you have without you having to come into the shop. This only works if you have a stable internet connection and the device is up and running.

If for some reason we end up reinstalling Windows we would normally where possible take a current image of your Hard Drive, this makes it easier to then restore your data back once we have the system up an running and if miss something when copying data back we can always retrieve it for you. The system backups are stored securely for 30 days then automatically deleted from the system. If we take an image of your Hard Drive we will let you know.
