Windows 11 is now available to the general public, nut only if your hardware can support it. If you PC/Laptop was made in the last 3 years then you should be able to upgrade to windows 11. If you CPU for example is older than intel 8th Gen range then pretty good chance it you will not be able to upgrade. This is not true in all cases though.
